Movie Plot/Summary
Months after the Sanatorium Massacre, in Fairlake, Greenbrier County, West Virginia, the Hillicker family—Three Finger, Saw Tooth, and One Eye—embark on a brutal killing spree. With the assistance of a serial killer and their father, Maynard Odets, their first victim is news reporter Kaleen Webber.
Five friends—Billy, his girlfriend Cruz, Lita, her boyfriend Gus, and Julian—are headed to Fairlake to celebrate the Mountain Man Music Festival for Halloween. During the drive, they nearly hit Maynard, who aggressively attacks them. In self-defense, Billy, Gus, and Julian fight back, but they are soon captured along with Lita and Cruz by Sheriff Angela Carter and her deputy, Kevin Biggs. As Carter takes them to the station, the cannibals strike, killing Biggs. Once locked up in the police station, Billy convinces Carter to release his friends by claiming responsibility for the drugs they have. He stays behind in his cell while his friends escape.
The cannibals use their truck to knock down a phone pole, cutting off the town’s communication. They then head to the power plant, where they kill a guard and disable the town’s electricity. While most of the townspeople are at the festival, the group of teens checks into a motel, waiting for their friend to be released by his family’s lawyer. On the way to visit Billy, Cruz is pursued and killed by Three Finger. After Julian leaves the motel and heads back to the police station, Gus is kidnapped by the cannibals, while One Eye tries to capture Lita, but she manages to escape.
