The police capture one of Yethi’s henchmen and interrogate him, discovering that Yethi was planning to meet Muruga, a politician with ties to smuggling. Infiltrating the smuggling ring, Officer Shivam and his team head to Ratnagiri to track down Yethi. They consult DSP Tulasi, who informs them that Muruga is dead and suggests they investigate the Red Sea villages located in the Ratnagiri mountains on the Andhra Pradesh-Tamil Nadu border. Upon reaching Bhaira, the chief of one of these villages, they threaten him to force him into smuggling, but he violently refuses. The team then encounters Singappa, who agrees to take them offshore in his boat. Shivam attempts to bribe Singappa with a diamond ring, but Singappa throws it into the sea. As Shivam dives in to retrieve the ring, he discovers human skeletons on the ocean floor, sending a chill of fear through him. Singappa then begins to recount a chilling tale that began 12 years earlier.
